• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• A national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

11bt may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if the required documents are not submitted. Personal information is kept secure and is never sold to third parties.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on 11bt are outlined below. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500

To participate in the referral bonus program, the referred person must be a new user and must make a qualifying deposit. Multiple referrals from the same device or IP address will not be accepted.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on 11bt. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the market closes before a match begins, the bet will be automatically cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11bt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In live betting, any bets already confirmed before an internet disconnection will remain valid.
